NOTICE OF $10,000.00 REWARD
OFFERED BY THE
LOS ANGELES COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles has established a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the apprehension and/or conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murders of Draysean Earl and Andrew Peppers, who were shot and killed on the 1400 block of South Temple Ave., in the City of Compton on May 5, 2009 at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Any person having any information related to this crime is requested to call Detective Karen L. Shonka at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500 and refer to Report No. 009-07348-2844-011.

The terms of the reward provide that:

• The information given that leads to the determination of the identity, the apprehension and conviction of any person or persons must be given no later than April 12, 2010. All reward claims must be in writing and shall be received no later than June 11, 2010.
• The total County payment of any and all rewards shall in no event exceed $10,000 and no claim shall be paid prior to conviction unless the Board of Supervisors makes a finding of impossibility of conviction due to the death or incapacity of the person or persons responsible for the crime or crimes.
• The County reward may be apportioned between various persons and/or paid for the conviction of various persons as the circumstances fairly dictate.

Any claims for the reward funds should be filed no later than June 11, 2010, with the Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors, 500 West Temple Street, Room 383 Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration, Los Angeles, California 90012, Attention: Draysean Earl and Andrew Pepper Reward Fund.
